Presenter Questionnaire

The NYGH is always interested in inviting new speakers on any fiber-related topic that is of interest to our members. If you have a proposal for a presentation, please fill in our questionnaire below. Thank you for your interest.

The lecture will be given at the SCHOOL OF VISUAL ARTS, 214 East 21st Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues) starting at 1:00 P. M. You are invited to join in the Guild's social/lunch hour, which begins at noon.

Use this field to include ANY special requirements you may have or equipment that you might need., ie. projector? tables? computer?

Should the Guild cancel your program, we will pay half of the fee up to two months prior to booking. After that date we will pay full fee if cancellation is necessary.

We need your help to promote your event.
Provide digital files of Bio/Press Release/Artist's Statement and photos of your work and/or yourself for our newsletter and website.
Preferably share weblinks for files located on personal or professional websites, publisher's websites, Dropbox.com, Photobucket.com, Flickr, Picasa, etc..
