Terry is the past president of The New York Guild of Handweavers and for a number of years edited and
wrote the Guild's newsletter. In addition he has given several workshops and lectures for the Guild.
He led study groups in Summer & Winter and Lace Weaves. The later continues to fascinate him.
Terry has demonstrated weaving in places including the American Craft Museum and in Central Park
during the park appreciation days. His work has been seen at the 'VIVA' Gallery in Manhattan
as well as Guild Shows.
Terry has taught weaving to all age groups from pre-schoolers to older adults.

Work is often done on commission and is done with the customer to select pattern and color. All
work is done in natural fibers. The current interest is in working with silk.

Annette Tacconelli
Annette Tacconelli is interested in articulating the invisible. She
has spent a lifetime as a seer, giving readings to people all around
the world since she was 7 years old. The genesis of her work is in the
vision. This series of commissioned healing shawls brings those
moments of inner vision into colorful form.
From her Brooklyn studio, Tacconelli’s shawls are handwoven, hand-dyed
and embellished with symbolic embroidery and beadwork. She has
completed over 36 healing shawls privately commissioned by a wide
range of individuals from a famous movie producer to a New York City
construction worker. The purpose of her work is to mix the past,
present and future in a visceral way, layering moments of an inner
journey.
